About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join our internal recruiting team and be instrumental in growing and expanding a critical market from the ground up. You will be at the heart of our talent revolution, leveraging advanced technology to proactively source, pipeline, and curate a constant flow of qualified talent. This role is for a highly resourceful builder who thrives on creative sourcing strategies and takes immediate initiative to drive progress, making a direct impact on our ability to connect top-tier professionals with leading brands. Your day-to-day will focus on high-volume talent curation, with the ultimate satisfaction coming from successful placements and direct client engagement.

What You'll Do



  • Efficiently navigate and drive proven placements within enterprise Vendor Management Systems (VMS) tools, mastering high-volume delivery beyond simple direct-sourcing or internal corporate pipelining.
  • Develop deep, geography- and category-based Talent Pools for high-demand IT and tech sectors, including Full Stack, Software Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, and Robotics.
  • Utilize our cutting-edge AI technology to efficiently source, screen, and present the best-matched candidates, leveraging the platform to free up your time for high-impact pipeline building.
  • Engage deeply with candidates to understand their career goals, motivations, and aspirations, building rapid rapport and credibility that goes beyond their resume.
  • Work directly with enterprise clients to understand their business needs and team dynamics, providing crucial human insights for successful, long-lasting placements.


Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • You possess 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience, demonstrating a solid foundation for success in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are enterprise-savvy, understanding the complexities of working within large organizations and have a proven track record of delivering talent through VMS ecosystems.
  • You are a technical specialist, comfortable with the language of tech and adept at vetting candidates across software engineering, AI, and robotics verticals.
  • You are a proactive driver with a "startup" mentality, consistently thinking outside the box, hunting creatively for talent, and thriving in high-volume pipeline management.
  • You are a natural relationship builder, with a proven ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with a diverse range of technical professionals.
  • You are a quick learner, excited by new technologies and eager to adapt to an ever-evolving recruiting landscape.
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
