PAY:$60k - $70k+ per year which includes a base pay of $22.00 per hour and 3% gross profit of sales. Overtime is paid at a rate of time and a half ($33.00 per hour). WHAT YOU WILL DO: Associate is responsible for learning the total operations of the location. This includes sales, creating material estimates from blueprints, inventory control, building loads for delivery, loading/unloading freight and maintaining physical location plant. Associate must complete course of study as outlined within assigned time frame and must be willing to relocate for management position. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: You'll work in both indoor and outdoor settings, assisting customers in all weather conditions ( wet, humid, hot, or cold). This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting (up to 80 pounds), and other physical activities. You may also work around machinery and airborne particles. LOCATION:14447 Firestone Blvd, La Mirada, CA 90638 Responsibilities Sales Freight handling Estimating Maintain and merchandise store inventory Qualifications Payroll System Invoicing and POS System Inventory System Human Resources System Word Processing Software Spreadsheet and Internet Software Ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports Learn to read Blueprints and create material list Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. | |
