Location Address: 4440 S Mendenhall Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38141 Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America) The Blow Molding Engineer will work alongside our experienced Process Engineer as part of a planned technical succession, while partnering closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and our Mold Change Process Technicians. Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities Understand and improve extrusion blow molding process on continuous extrusion shuttle machines and reciprocating screw blow molding machines. Machine setup and optimization. Wall distribution and parison control Repair/Adjustment and understand hydraulics and pneumatics of our blow molding machines. Mold setup and changeovers of blow molding machines. Troubleshooting quality defects. Root-cause problem solving and continuous improvement. Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
