Requirements Previous experience in the ground logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with customers, operations, and sales teams Job Duties Communicate shipment updates and special handling requirements to operations and sales teams Provide customers with timely and accurate shipment status updates Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding shipment tracking, routing, delivery status, and charges Coordinate with customers and the sales team to develop customer-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) Follow up on sales leads generated from daily shipment activity and customer quotes Assist with preparing customer quotes and providing exceptional customer support Maintain accurate customer records and shipment documentation Ensure timely communication across departments to support efficient logistics operations Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
