Location: Fully Remote Position- California or Texas


SUMMARY:


The Inside Sales Representative is a phone/email-based role, that is responsible for increasing new sales and revenue from lead and existing customer accounts within their respective region. Promotes and sells products and services through prospecting and following up on account plans and sales and marketing initiatives to increase Natus' market share.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Promotes and sells Natus supply products to hospitals and private facilities via telephone/email/zoom.
  • Field DSMs are tasked with both Hardware and Supply sales. It is the responsibility of the Inside Sales Rep to partner with their assigned DSMs and focus on Supply sales.
  • Coverage of a defined territory with annual sales Quota.
  • Meet assigned KPI's, including but not limited to calls per day, emails per day, percentage of customer leads converted, percent of quality conversations.
  • Maintains, tracks and report detailed records of all activities and records information as required.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads from tradeshows, conferences, and other means on lead receipt.
  • Continuously create prospects to develop new clients, as well as expand existing relationships and products of assigned accounts.
  • Place sample orders with customer service, as needed for qualified customers.
  • Respond to customer questions for assigned products.
  • Manage data regarding prospective and existing customers, by using company systems to look up customer data, order history and any other related data management tools that may be required.
  • Quote current product promotions, work with sales team and marketing during promotion time frame.
  • Exercised judgement with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action and has thorough knowledge of company products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.


Travel Required: Occasional travel (less than 5%) to visit customer sites with DSM's as needed, potential travel to Trade Shows.

Education and/or Experience



  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations



  • Clinical background a plus but not required


Other Skills and Abilities


Ability to work with:



  • Inside and Telesales experience required. Medical sales a plus
  • Microsoft Office Suite of software
  • Internal Sales and business support programs
  • Must be able to deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the company
  • Familiarity with clinical sales and/or care environment


Pay Transparency:


We are dedicated to promoting transparency and fairness in our compensation practices. The compensation package includes an hourly salary of $19.23-26.44/hr USD plus commission plan. This is an hourly non-exempt position. Additionally, to support our new hires, we offer a monthly commission guarantee for the first six months of employment in the amount of $2187.
