Duke University Health System seeks to hire a ED Tech I who will embrace our mission ofAdvancing Health Together. **$5,000 commitment Bonus for Eligible Candidates** The Emergency Department at Duke Regional Hospital is a newly renovated Emergency Department comprised of 79 total beds, which includes: 49 beds for the Emergency Medicine unit, 12 beds Clinical Decision Unit, and an18 bed Behavioral Health Unit. Our team is active in delivering exemplary care for each patient to ensure an excellent patient experience, every time. Location: Duke Regional Hospital - 3643 North Roxboro Street, Durham, North Carolina 27704 Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts
What you will do: As an Emergency Department Tech, you will support the delivery of patient care by performing a variety of routine and advanced clinical tasks under the direction of nursing staff. In this role, you will assist physicians and nurses in the examination, treatment, and care of patients while also completing assigned clerical and technical responsibilities to support department operations.
