Job Schedule:

Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, access points, and perimeter locations, as conditions vary across the site.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help support authorized access, report suspicious behavior, and/or assist with badge or credential checks as directed by site policies.
• Support security-related operations at an aero and defense location by observing site activity, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and/or following post orders for unarmed patrol assignments.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
