Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities: Manage demand and supply planning for key retail customers to ensure product availability and target service levels. Review customer forecasts, inventory positions, and supply plans to support business needs. Partner with retail customers to understand demand trends, promotional activities, and inventory requirements. Monitor purchase orders, backlog, and shipment schedules to ensure timely fulfillment. Coordinate with factories, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supply with customer demand. Identify supply risks, shortages, and capacity constraints, and drive mitigation plans to minimize customer impact. Lead communication with retail customers regarding supply updates, risks, and recovery plans. Support CPFR activities and forecast alignment discussions with strategic retail accounts. Analyze demand, inventory, and sales trends to improve forecast accuracy and inventory health. Manage supply planning and customer inventory for strategic accounts, including Amazon, Best Buy and other major retailers. Partner with Sales and Operations teams to optimize inventory, improve fill rates, and maximize revenue opportunities. Coordinate product allocations and inventory prioritization during supply-constrained situations. Support new product launches, transitions, and end-of-life activities with retail customers. Track and report key performance metrics, including fill rate, inventory, backlog, and on-time delivery. Drive customer satisfaction through proactive supply management, effective communication, and issue resolution. Build strong relationships with retail customers and internal stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or related field 2+ years of experience Preferred Qualifications: Organization skills Able to analyze and fill in gaps where needed Relationship building skills The base salary budgeted range for this position is $65K-85K.
