Come build your future with us! About the RoleThe Regional Maintenance Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring Fairfield communities operate at the highest standard. This role oversees maintenance operations across a regional portfolio, leads and develops maintenance teams, drives capital projects, and ensures safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This role involves regular on-site visits to properties across the Greater Seattle area, so candidates should live within the region. To support travel, a monthly auto allowance is provided. What You'll DoBelow is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus. Lead and Develop Maintenance Teams * Support hiring, training, and retention of top-performing maintenance personnel Oversee Maintenance Operations * Monitor and improve maintenance performance across multiple communities Manage Capital Projects and Vendors * Develop scopes of work and conduct bid walks for capital improvements Ensure Safety, Compliance, and Inspections * Conduct regular property inspections and ensure corrective follow-up We're all about creating communities that people are proud to call home. Education & Certifications * High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or technical degree preferred. CAMT designation is a plus. Experience * Five or more years' progressive maintenance management responsibility. Prior multi-site management preferred. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
