AsSeniorProduct Manager, yourmission is tobuild,manage, and enhanceourcoreplatformand user experienceacrossall ofZipcar's mobility solutions. In this role asSeniorProduct Manager, you willlead thedesign and developmentof newtools and servicesthat enhance our member experience. What You'll Do:
Buildavisionand own mission critical applications withinZipcar'splatform and mobile applications Partner with engineering to defineproduct requirements and operational processestoscale Zipcar's core technology platformin support ofshort-termand longer-termgoals Design andimplement end-to-end billing experiences acrossZipcar's platform including capabilities to support various pricing models, billing types,receivablesmanagement,reportingand analytics Identifykey partners and vendors, both business and technical, to supportplatformservices strategies Own and driveinitiativesacrossmobileapp and internal tools,with the ability to quickly prototype designs and iterate with UXteams Partner with key internal stakeholders to driveimprovements to platform health and member success KPIsthat spanplatform and core user experience(e.g.funnelconversion,chargeback rate, etc.).

What We're Looking For:
Over5years ofexperience in software product management. Platform ortechnicalproduct management background preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceorrelated Engineering field, or a relatedbusinessfield Ability to define technical platform requirements that connect to business needsusing datato formulate hypothesis Partner withengineering teams toprioritize backlogs,writing clear user stories that articulate desired customer functionality Acts as a consultant for business verticals, being able to quickly grasp keyobjectivesand translate these intobillingservicerequirements Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills Experienceleveragingbusiness intelligence platforms for data-driven decision making Familiarity with financialaccountingprinciples, billing servicesand processes are a plus

The annual starting salary for this position is between$120,000 - $160,000annually.
