FTE: 1, Shift: days, Schedule: Mon-Fri Position Summary The Employee Harm and Workplace Violence Business Partner is responsible for leading employee safety initiatives, building and maintaining a world class program focused on preventing workplace violence and reducing employee harm.Work includes developing, implementing and tracking strategies focused on reducing workplace violence and reducing employee harm. This leader is responsible for analyzing employee harm trends, identifying strategies and collaborating with leaders to implement a process improvement strategy for safety and workplace hazards to assure the highest possible degree of safety for employees. The Workplace Violence Prevention & Employee Harm Coordinator is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization's Workplace Violence Prevention Program. This role ensures compliance with Washington State workplace violence requirements (RCW 49.19 and applicable WAC rules), Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) standards, and relevant accreditation requirements. This position serves as the subject matter expert for workplace violence prevention, employee harm reduction and reporting, incident investigation, data analysis, training coordination, and safety and workplace violence committee collaboration. The Coordinator works closely with leadership, committees, and frontline staff to reduce risk and promote a culture of safety for employees, patients, and visitors. Responsibilities:

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
