JOB SUMMARY: The Manager II, Grants and Institutional Giving, leads Goodwill of Colorado's grants program and is responsible for the strategy, management, and performance of the organization's foundation, corporate, and government grants portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President (VP) of Marketing and Development and supervising the Grant Writer, this position develops and executes the organizational grants strategy, manages a robust funding pipeline, cultivates funder relationships, oversees proposal development and grant compliance, and ensures achievement of annual grant revenue goals. The Grants Manager serves as the organization's primary grants strategist, providing leadership throughout the full grant lifecycle while ensuring proposals, reports, budgets, and stewardship activities aligning with organizational priorities and funder expectations.
