Operations Coordinator

For almost 20 years, SouthEnd Exteriors has been the leader in the Southeast when it comes to siding and roofing for home builders. We have 9 locations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. Our motto is simple, DO THE RIGHT THING. • Provide daily support to the operations team.
• Assist with checking out drivers, scheduling delivery changes, and DOT administrative tasks.
• Print and distribute work picks and consolidated work picks.
• Maintain invoice records, the filing system, and posts corrections.
• Comply with operational safety and security policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Adhere to Company's commitment to workplace safety.
• Participate in and complete assigned trainings.

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

• Good administrative skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Knowledge of construction or building industry preferred.
