HR Sourcer - Sr

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiting Sourcer to join our team of talented professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to infuse the organization with talent. In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters and business, group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
• Manage the top-of funnel recruiting process to achieve hiring deliverables. This will include alignment with recruiters on talent profile, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing our talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Candidate management - develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent, owning the candidate development process from identification to interview prep
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment and inclusion
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners
• Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• 1+ year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use innovative techniques to source and attract diverse talent
• 2+ years of ATS experience
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Influential communicator, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce results.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to strictly follow internal processes
• Strong organization skills with the ability to thrive in high volume environments
• Excellent time management skills
