Position Summary Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, the Administrative Finance Compliance Analyst for Student Programming Activities (SPA) serves as the senior fiscal leader responsible for the financial stewardship, compliance oversight, and budgetary planning of student-initiated programs. This position ensures responsible administration and equitable distribution of more than $2.5 million annually in student fees, referenda funds, and university allocations supporting student outreach and retention initiatives, for the Student Programming Activities. The Administrator provides strategic financial leadership; develops internal controls; ensures compliance with federal, state, UC, and UCLA policies; and serves as the primary fiscal liaison to the SOLE Operations Manager for SPA regarding funding allocations, reconciliation, and compliance standards and assists in coaching and advising Student Program Advisors who work directly with students to support funding requests, purchasing, and disbursement processes, ensuring strong fiscal stewardship across all SPA programs. The primary emphasis for the Administrator is fiscal governance, budget management, compliance, and financial strategy. This position serves as the staff committee liaison and works directly with the Operations Manager of Student Programming Activities (SPA). Salary & Compensation *UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
