St. Andrews Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Admissions Coordinator position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Boca Raton, FL.

Job Type: Full-Time

In this role, you will be responsible for executing outreach and marketing initiatives to generate private pay admissions. You will manage the admissions process for the skilled nursing center, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective residents and their families while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations. Additionally, you will also support private pay admissions for the assisted living neighborhood, helping to promote occupancy and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the admissions process.




Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Associate degree in a healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience in a long-term care, senior living, or healthcare setting
  • Prior experience in marketing or sales is strongly preferred
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the applicable state Board of Nursing (preferred)

Pay Range

$20.60 - $26.29 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
