Summary: This position supports the development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies for an assigned portfolio of UNC Health Foundation service lines, programs, and philanthropic priorities. Working in close partnership with Foundation and program leadership, the position develops integrated annual giving plans that leverage direct mail, email, and grateful patient fundraising to strengthen donor acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying fundraising opportunities, aligning campaign strategies with organizational goals, and providing data-informed recommendations to maximize fundraising performance. The role utilizes donor analytics, audience segmentation, testing, and campaign performance metrics to optimize results and continuously improve annual giving initiatives. In addition, the position coordinates with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and production vendors to manage campaign planning, production, budgets, timelines, and quality standards while monitoring outcomes and identifying opportunities to enhance stewardship and the overall effectiveness of the annual giving program.
