We are seeking a dedicated Field Technician
to support enterprise, wholesale, and colocation customers across Davenport, Moline, Bettendorf, and surrounding areas. This is your chance to be at the forefront of network infrastructure, troubleshooting, installing, and restoring critical fiber optic and telecommunications equipment in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: As a vital member of our team, you will monitor, analyze, and resolve network issues promptly, ensuring seamless connectivity for our clients. Your responsibilities will include performing new customer installations, managing structured wiring and NID setups, supporting emergency restoration efforts for aerial and buried fiber optic cables, and maintaining colocation facilities. You will document your work thoroughly, support network testing and acceptance, and provide around-the-clock support through trouble tickets and alarm monitoring, including participating in rotational on-call duties.
