Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:00a-5:00p
Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hr


We're looking for a Production Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting multiple production processes that help restore and manufacture critical aircraft components.


You'll operate production equipment, prepare materials, inspect parts, and help keep work flowing safely and efficiently. If you enjoy working with your hands, following a process, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality work, we'd like to hear from you.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate production equipment such as coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, maskers, and brazing stations
  • Prepare and mix materials according to process specifications
  • Load and unload parts and materials from production equipment
  • Monitor production processes and identify potential issues
  • Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow work instructions, specifications, and production requirements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Support other production activities as needed


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and specifications
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, when needed


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift 25+ pounds throughout the shift
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a manufacturing environment

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.


The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
