As a Security Professional Transit Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, assist with access control, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while helping create a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and surrounding perimeters to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and public areas, observe and report unusual activity, and maintain accurate daily activity and incident documentation.
• Assist with directing visitors and supporting orderly operations at government transportation locations while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Experience with handcuffs, pepper spray, and a baton is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
