As a Security Officer Spanish Access Management in Laredo, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and drivers. Your visible presence, clear communication, and customer service will help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Verify credentials and manage entry and exit at designated access points for personnel, visitors, vehicles, and deliveries in a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic, maintain visitor and access records, and communicate access concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, access-control exceptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter, as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
