Location: State College, PA

Pay: $20.00/hour

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to support stockroom and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and distribute materials according to work orders and inventory procedures
• Receive finished goods and accurately update inventory records
• Prepare customer orders for shipment and meet scheduled delivery deadlines
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and supporting documentation
• Package products securely to prevent shipping damage
• Move materials between stockroom, warehouse, and production areas
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support daily operational tasks and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
• No forklift operation required
