Join a skilled team where your expertise in steel fabrication, blueprint reading, layout work, and welding high-grade alloys will have a direct impact on quality and production success. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG and Stick welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys Layout and fit workpieces using mechanical drawings and blueprints Set up and operate welding equipment independently Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and material handling equipment Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and specification compliance Record production activities using a tablet-based ERP system Work safely while maintaining productivity and craftsmanship standards Qualifications Minimum 5 years of welding experience with steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical assembly prints Experience with steel fabrication, fitting, and layout work Strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation and dependable attendance record Welding certification is a plus, but not required Experience operating hoists and plasma cutting equipment preferred Benefits* Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Benefits vary by employer and are confirmed at the time of offer.
