Director of Revenue Generation Marketing

Role Overview The Director of Revenue Generation Marketing leads end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) and demand generation strategy to drive predictable pipeline and closed revenue across multiple sales organizations. As a hands-on executive leader unifying marketing, business development, and sales operations, this role focuses strictly on revenue-producing activities-not brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• GTM & Revenue Leadership: Execute GTM strategy aligned with executive goals; drive expansion into new markets and service lines in close partnership with sales leadership.
• Demand Generation & Marketing: Build and lead a high-performing team focused entirely on pipeline growth; oversee ABM, digital, partnership, content, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Sales Alignment & RevOps: Build a unified revenue operations framework and seamless marketing-to-sales handoff to accelerate pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
• AI & Systems Innovation: Implement AI-enabled sales and presale processes (prospect research, market intelligence, lead scoring) and optimize CRM performance dashboards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit and develop on/offshore talent and AI resources within an accountable, high-performance culture.
• Market Engagement: Serve as an executive sponsor for key clients, prospects, and industry events to turn market insights into actionable GTM adjustments.

Key Success Metrics Revenue growth, pipeline velocity, CAC, conversion rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, and team productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years leading B2B revenue generation/marketing in professional services or consulting (e.g., Big Four).
• Track Record: Proven ability to scale revenue, optimize funnels, and leverage AI-driven marketing technologies in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Location: Houston, TX preferred (or willing to relocate).
