Description

Synagro is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate a tractor-trailer with end-dump trailers supporting a customer operation in the Gurnee, Illinois area. This position involves dedicated local hauling routes, allowing drivers to return home daily. The schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, with responsibilities including picking up, transporting, and unhooking trailers throughout the day. This work supports a local municipal wastewater treatment facility and offers competitive compensation. Hours spent operating the semi-truck are paid at prevailing wage rates, including applicable fringe benefits. Drivers can also expect regular wage increases in accordance with prevailing wage adjustments. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Compensation Hours spent operating a commercial vehicle are paid at the applicable Lake County prevailing wage rate, including fringe benefits. Training, meetings, and other non-driving hours are compensated at $28.50 per hour.
