Unity Health Network, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (NP, PA, or CNS) to join our growing Rheumatology team in Hudson, Ohio.

This is a unique opportunity to practice in a well-established outpatient Rheumatology clinic supported by an on-site infusion suite, dedicated ancillary staff, and a strong referral network. • Join an established Rheumatology team of Physicians and Advanced Practitioners
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of rheumatologic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor therapeutic outcomes
• Perform musculoskeletal and joint examinations
• Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic imaging
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in patient education and disease management programs

• Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist
• Ohio License (or ability to obtain)
• National Certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
• DEA License (or ability to obtain)
• BLS Certification
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing or relevant healthcare experience

• Rheumatology experience as an APP
• Experience managing autoimmune or inflammatory conditions
• Familiarity with infusion therapies and biologic medications
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient education skills
• Experience working within a collaborative, value-based care environment
