We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role offers an incredible opportunity to apply your technical prowess and lead critical initiatives, ensuring the excellence and reliability of next-generation hardware. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of technology by contributing directly to product quality and performance.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead and execute rework, assembly, and testing efforts for significant projects, acting as a pivotal contributor to project success.
  • Utilize independent judgment and discretion to contribute to project scoping and manage priorities within your domain.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding optimal approaches for rework and debugging of assemblies and subassemblies using schematics and engineering drawing tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test and verification results, ensuring methodologies comply with all internal and external standards.
  • Guide teams in performing complex measurements and utilizing advanced test equipment to resolve intricate issues, collaborating with design engineers to ensure functionally correct design blocks.
  • Establish and manage procedures for demonstrating product compliance and oversee the evaluation of test equipment essential for verifying product performance during qualification.
  • Lead the evaluation and procurement process for essential test equipment, including oscilloscopes, testers, microscopes, chambers, analyzers, generators, and optical debug tools.
  • Facilitate test plan development and reviews with cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders, contributing to design reviews by supervising experiments and offering expert recommendations for testability.
  • Conduct and oversee audits of validation and performance qualification processes to guarantee adherence to internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion the evolution of test methodologies and the development of innovative tools and workflows, leveraging in-depth knowledge of technology trends to enhance product quality, testing efficiency, and validation processes across all functions.
