Join PSE's Transmission Services team as a Senior Transmission Services Specialist and help lead efforts to keep electricity flowing reliably across the Pacific Northwest. In this senior role, you'll manage transmission and generator interconnection requests from start to finish, ensuring customer applications meet regulatory deadlines and comply with PSE's Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT). You'll also play a key role in shaping the company's FERC compliance programs-researching policy, mentoring team members, building training programs, and offering strategic guidance based on your regulatory expertise. This is a leadership-driven position that blends technical depth with big-picture thinking. You'll interpret regulations and rulings, contribute to rulemaking proceedings, and translate complex compliance issues into clear, actionable plans for internal teams. You'll also support audits, resolve issues as they arise, and juggle multiple priority projects at once. If you're an experienced transmission professional who enjoys mentoring others, driving complex initiatives forward, and maintaining the precision regulatory work demands, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of energy infrastructure at one of the Northwest's leading utilities. The pay range for this position is$94,300.00-$156,900.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
