Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Elma, NY 14059


Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Shift hours: 1st shift
7am - 3pm

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll partner with our recruiters to provide comprehensive recruiting support for hourly/non-exempt and salary/exempt level positions. You'll schedule interviews at various U.S. sites, coordinate travel arrangements, and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Talent Acquisition Team and build strong working relationships with managers across the company.

Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate company's Culture & Philosophy as the first point of contact for potential candidates.

* Work closely with the recruiters to conduct resume reviews based on job description requirements and manager preferences.

* Coordinate and schedule telephone and onsite interviews.

* Communicate effectively with interview teams and managers to ensure candidate experience is positive, organized and welcoming.

* Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates, both coming to East Aurora facility as well as going to other office locations.

* Facilitate onboarding process, ensuring background check & toxicology test are completed and documented.

* Learn and comply with FAA requirements, working with candidates to obtain necessary training & drug screen.

* Effectively prioritize workload and manage changes in direction.

* Use interpersonal skills to build relationships with managers, other HR staff and represent Moog positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.

* Daily work in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Workday, and various platforms to support role function.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR

* At least 1 year of related experience, coordinating interviews or meetings preferred

* Well-developed interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships with managers, other HR staff and represent the company positively in various settings inside and outside the organization.

* Proven ability to work independently, making proactive and autonomous decisions to keep processes moving effectively

* Enjoy working in a high-volume, detailed and structured environment

* Ability to multi-task

* Experience with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking System.

Preferred Skillset:

* Experience working in Microsoft Outlook, including calendar scheduling, is highly preferred.

* Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in interview schedules

* Availability between 8am-5pm EST, as we have recruiters on both the West and East coasts
