Summary:

As Cook Children's Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing, and motivating, a team of full-cycle recruiters and our onboarding team. You will also oversee our contractor management program and the employee referral program. In your role, you will be expected to identify recruitment strategies, create a world-class candidate experience from recruitment through onboarding, and implement talent sourcing strategies. You will ensure that our recruitment and onboarding vendors provide the highest level of service. Finally, you will be the recruitment and onboarding subject-matter expert for our talent acquisition technologies, including Workday.

Cook Children's needs a Manager of Talent Acquisition who will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Manager of Workforce Development to open new candidate pipelines and find talent pools that will fill the current and future needs of our growing organization. You will be responsible for using a Talent Acquisition dashboard and measurement tools to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment team. The organization will look to you as a Talent Acquisition subject-matter expert, and you will have a dashboard, measurement tools, and manager classes that you faciliat to help tell the story of recruitment at Cook Children's. There will be project work, as assigned by the director, along with some travel for job fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of seven years' work experience in recruitment required

  • Have experience with Workday

  • Prior Management experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • RACR, PHR and/or SHRM-CP, preferred
