Program Manager, Product Readiness, Robotaxi

TheProgramManager, ProductReadinessis a cross-functional role rooted incoordination with various stakeholders on large-scale launchreadinessinitiativesthat move the Robotaxi program forward.You willpartner closelywith engineering, development,serviceand operations teams to efficientlydeliver onaggressivemilestones,driving excellence in everyrelease.

The ideal candidate brings strong program management skills,technical knowledge of vehicle software and hardware,thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering a magical Robotaxi experience to ourriders.

• Drivenew market, market scaling & new feature operations launches from ideation through completion
• Work across teams to define ownership and decision-making, and maintain an organized roadmap to ensure stakeholder alignment on new initiatives
• Create & communicate launch plans, track readiness & report status, blockers & changes, providing clear visibility & direction to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with site level leaders to drive execution across operations, regulatory, software & hardware teams; getting hands-on to quickly & creatively resolve release-blocking issues
• Anticipate and mitigate risks to launch timelines, across regulatory, hardware/software & operations
• Lead the transition to sustaining operations, keeping close contact with customer experience and field teams to ensure optimal service quality
• Efficiently manage complex fleets of vehicles across several markets at scale, leading engineering retrofit efforts from investigation through execution to ensure updated and consistent hardware across the fleet

• Experience in operations, deployment, software, logistics, or new product/market launch and scaling
• A record of owning complex, cross-functional launches or rollouts through completion in ever-changing operating environments
• Experience building integrated plans across multiple teams and resolving dependencies affecting schedule, readiness, and execution
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; ability to work autonomously and drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces
• Comfort working through ambiguity, time pressure, and changing field conditions while maintaining structure and follow-through
• Ability to travel as needed
