What to Expect
You will be a key member of the Charging Product Management team, managing content strategy across Tesla's portfolio of charging solutions (Supercharger, Wall Connector,Semi-Charging). You will create andmaintaintechnical and marketing content including specifications, commissioning guides, user guides, support pages, release notes, sales collateral, newsletters, visual mockups, videos, and social media content for business customers and end-users across Consumer, Commercial & Industrial, Fleet, and Utility segments.

What You'll Do
  • Manage product content holistically across all charging products including technical documentation, user guides, support pages, sales collateral, newsletters, release notes, and social media
  • Develop technical content for business customers and installers including commissioning guides, installation manuals, specifications, support pages, and release notes
  • Create visual mockups using Figma and video content to illustrate product features, installation processes, and user interfaces
  • Craft compelling sales collateral and marketing materials for sales teams
  • Write and distribute newsletters and create engaging social media content highlighting charging products
  • Transform raw technical information from engineering teams into clear, user-focused content
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and subject matter experts across the organization
  • Measure and report the impact of content on business goals
  • Create andmaintaincontent calendar aligned with product launches and software releases

What You'll Bring
  • A link to a product portfolio is strongly recommended
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical writing, or content management; experience in EV charging or energy industry highly desired
  • Exceptional writing ability for both technical and marketing audiences with highproficiencyin English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • Proficiencywith Figma for creating visual mockups, diagrams, and graphics
  • Experience creating video content and visual storytelling
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management systems, plus experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven approach with ability to measure content effectiveness
  • Deep passion for accelerating the world's transition to sustainable energy

    Expected Compensation
    $80,000 - $156,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
