About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team, focusing on the critical area of legal contract administration. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting vital business functions, ensuring the smooth flow of contractual agreements and maintaining robust compliance. What You'll Do

• Perform a variety of complex administrative projects, with a primary emphasis on contracts administration related to structured business processes.
• Complete special projects as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Review business contracts to extract, format, and accurately enter data into various business tools, collaborating with contract stakeholders and following negotiated agreements.
• Execute precise data entry into the contract database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and manage workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted from multiple departments, ensuring timely processing.
• Coordinate contract reviews through various communication channels, including meetings, conference calls, and email.
• Serve as a primary point of contact to educate the user community on the Contract Management & Compliance Process.
• Undertake other duties as assigned to support departmental and divisional objectives.
