Work arrangement - Onsite Hock Plaza II General Description of the Job Class Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Finance leadership team and department staff. Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, communications, document preparation, data tracking, and general office operations to ensure the efficient functioning of Corporate Finance activities. This position and works collaboratively with finance leaders, team members, and administrative staff across Duke University Health System. The Administrative Specialist serves as a key departmental resource, supporting day-to-day administrative functions, coordinating department activities, and helping maintain effective communication and workflow within Corporate Finance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The incumbent must exercise sound judgment when handling confidential information and provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Perform other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Education High school education or equivalent with five years of administrative support experience of increasing variety, complexity and demonstration of work leadership. Two years postsecondary education with three years of experience. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE. Experience
