ICAM Specialist, Senior The Opportunity: You will serve as the Senior Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) expert supporting federal health agencies, functioning as the primary subject matter expert guiding ICAM strategy, modernization, and solution delivery across the federal health market. In this role, you will shape and advance our ICAM posture for key clients by architecting secure, scalable identity ecosystems; advising client leadership on modernization pathways; and steering ICAM requirements across a growing healthsector opportunity pipeline. You will partner closely with Health Cyber technical leads to define solution approaches, support capture and proposal development, and deliver compelling client briefings, demonstrations, and executivelevel narratives. As the primary ICAM expert, you will ensure our solutions align with federal mandates, Zero Trust principles, and enterprise identity frameworks while guiding teams across identity governance, privileged access management, nonhuman identity, federation, and credential lifecycle modernization. This position blends deep technical leadership with forwardleaning client engagement, helping shape federal health agencies' identity strategies and driving the successful pursuit and delivery of ICAM work across the Health Cyber portfolio. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
