Department 10542 Foundation - Marketing & CommunicationPay Range $137,550.40 - $229,257.60The Director of Editorial Content Development and Strategy sets the vision and leads the execution of content strategies that advance philanthropic goals and strengthen donor engagement. This role oversees strategic donor-facing communications and collateral, ensuring compelling storytelling and messaging across campaigns, stewardship, events and multi-channel platforms. The Director reports to the Executive Director of Strategic Communications & Content within the Marketing & Communications Department and works in close partnership with the Children's National Hospital Foundation leadership team to set strategy and support execution. The Director partners with senior leadership and development teams to shape content that supports transformational giving and institutional priorities. Minimum Education

The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy.
