Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial.

• 2-3 years of recent electric pallet jack experience
• Experience using warehouse management systems, including RF scanners and voice picking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Operate an electric pallet jack safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment
• Pick, transport, and stage products using RF scanners and voice-picking technology
• Accurately complete order fulfillment tasks while meeting productivity standards
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience using electric pallet jacks, forklifts, RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, order picking, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as a Electric Pallet Jack Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physically active warehouse work throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate powered material handling equipment while maintaining awareness of surrounding warehouse traffic.
• Ability to work in fast-paced warehouse environments while following established safety procedures.
