*Description*
The Shop is the cleint's B2B eCommerce platform for automotive Dealers launched January 2024. The Specialist will be responsible for evolving _The Shop_ brand, executing social media strategy and tactics, and assisting with content creation, and communications/PR related to The Shop. The Shop operates with three core principles: 1) Dealers First; 2) Excellence; and 3) Transparency The goal for _The Shop_ is to be the dealers first stop when looking to research and purchase solutions to support their dealership. -This hands-on role will be responsible for driving awareness of and engagement with The Shop website and help drive Dealer enrollments across multiple channels. Initial focus will lean heavily on social media strategy and tactics, and this role will be instrumental in executing (hands on keyboard) The Shop's social media efforts, including managing a content calendar, creating organic content from materials we have, working with multiple sources to create and manage new content and be responsible for reporting social media metrics to both our internal and external stakeholders. -The ideal candidate enjoys being in a start-up or early phase team environment and finding untapped opportunities but also has the skills to operate at the OEM level. The candidate should be excited by the opportunity to build and be both strategic and tactical and is willing to roll up their sleeves. This individual will be responsible for creating and posting content.* -Additionally, this role requires* ** *excellent writing and collaboration skills.* -Candidates with eCommerce, B2B, and Auto Retail backgrounds are a plus. *Skills* Social media, Social media marketing, Digital, Content, B2B, E-Commerce, Social media platforms, Instagram, Digital marketing, Marketing campaign, Marketing communications *Top Skills Details* Social media,Social media marketing,Digital,Content,B2B,E-Commerce,Social media platforms,Instagram,Digital marketing,Marketing campaign,Marketing communications *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Executing (hands on keyboard) The Shop's social media efforts across multiple channels, including posting and reposting content, managing a content calendar, working with multiple sources to create and manage content and being responsible for reporting social media metrics to both our internal and external stakeholders. - Continued refinement and execution _The Shop's_ social media strategy and plan and working within the overall marketing plan. -Develop and continuously refine _The Shop's_ brand messaging and communications/PR for internal and external audiences across multiple channels, including copywriting. - Manage content creation and amalgamate content from vendors for _The Shop_ "Community" pages including webinars, white papers, one-pagers, newsletters, case studies, videos, educational and training materials, etc. and determine how best to amplify this content on The Shop and its social media properties. - Support The Shop team for social media content, communications/PR and marketing as requested and needed. - Support execution of key activities, offers, events, dealer meetings and tradeshows including planning and promotions. - Track performance metrics, analyze data, and suggest actionable strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions. - Maintain the authentic, trusted, and consistent tone and voice of _The Shop_ brand across all platforms. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Dearborn, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
