Job Posting Title 1st Shift Robot Technician Job Description Summary Responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting robotic systems, automation equipment, and PLC programs. Supports production, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and equipment performance. Job Description: 1st Shift Robot Technician Maintain and troubleshoot robotic systems, automation equipment, and PLC programs. Modify robot programming as needed and monitor cycle times. Support equipment repairs, electrical diagnostics, and preventive maintenance activities. Replace mechanical components including bearings and reducers. Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Train and support operators and maintenance personnel. Identify and implement equipment and process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational requirements. Provide off-shift support and perform other duties as assigned.
