Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Director Treasury Credit & Collections to lead the company's global treasury function, including cash and liquidity management, debt financing, foreign exchange risk management, banking relationships, and treasury technology.
As Treasurer of Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, you will lead the company's global treasury function, including cash and liquidity management, debt financing, foreign exchange risk management, banking relationships, and treasury technology. A key priority of the role is driving treasury transformation through the implementation and optimization of the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS), while strengthening controls, improving cash visibility, and enhancing operational efficiency. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the Treasurer will optimize financial resources, ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements, and support the company's strategic growth initiatives. The Treasurer is responsible for developing and executing the global treasury strategy, establishing policies and procedures, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements. As the company's senior-most treasury professional, the Treasurer will lead the global cash forecasting process, ensuring forecast accuracy and clear explanations of variances to PLAN, while optimizing liquidity and cash flow management, driving accountability across regional treasury teams, and implementing best-in-class treasury practices and technology solutions to enhance financial performance and risk management. In addition, this role provides strategic and operational leadership for the Credit & Collections function across North America and Latin America. Responsibilities include oversight of credit policy, customer credit assessments and reviews, collections and dispute resolution, order release management, and cash application activities. The Treasurer will ensure consistent execution of credit and risk management practices while balancing business growth, customer satisfaction, and working capital objectives. Qualifications

The Treasurer ensures the company has sufficient cash to manage and sustain the business, protects company assets, and properly hedges financial risks and currency exposures. The Treasurer also manages the company's banking relationships and associated fees. Complexity The Treasurer is responsible for managing cash flows for a $1B+ organization consisting of more than 30 legal entities globally. The role requires a strong understanding of corporate currency exposure to ensure appropriate hedging is in place. The Treasurer is accountable for managing and forecasting cash flow by country to ensure cash is available as needed for critical obligations such as payroll and vendor payments, while optimizing liquidity, minimizing financial risk, and supporting the company's global operations.
