Job Title: FastPay Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN - Hybrid Role (Onsite Tuesday/Wednesday) Duration: 3 Months This is more an Entry Level Role As a FastPay Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of commission payments for Group Meetings and Events. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional service to hotels and meeting planner partners while meeting established production and performance goals. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing accurate and efficient commission payment processing. Key Responsibilities * Research and analyze data to identify trends, resolve issues, and develop recommendations within the FastPay program. * Evaluate existing processes and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and program effectiveness. * Manage commission payment processes through detailed research, special projects, and adherence to internal control procedures. * Reconcile hotel documentation with Meeting Planner Company (MPC) invoices, investigating, resolving, and reporting discrepancies as needed. * Provide support to properties across the United States, Canada, and Mexico by offering guidance on approval requirements, data entry, and meeting pickup information necessary for commission processing. * Process commission adjustments and corrections when appropriate. * Deliver high-quality customer service and support to Meeting Planner Companies and hotel partners. * Assist with special initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Three to five years of professional work experience. * Up to three years of related experience in finance, accounting, operations, customer service, or a similar field. Preferred Qualifications * Three years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Customer Service. * Knowledge of FastPay processes and commission payment operations. * Understanding of Travel Agent Commission Settlement (TACS) policies and procedures. * Experience using travel agency commission processing systems for research, reporting, and special projects. * Hospitality, travel, or hotel industry experience is a plus. | |
