Position Responsibilities

The Implementation Onboarding Manager for the Deltek ComputerEase ERP System is responsible for overseeing and executing all activities associated with transitioning clients to our ERP System and supporting them throughout their implementation lifecycle. The manager must be able to lead a team of consultants and onboarding individuals to ensure that our clients are producing desired results. At Deltek, Onboarding and Implementation go hand in hand, so this is a critical role to ensure customer success and engagement.

  • Lead a team of client-facing representatives responsible for the customer experience from onboarding to implementation
  • Provide coaching to employees to ensure that our clients are receiving best-in-class service and results
  • Collaborate with other supervisors and stakeholders within the organization to create processes and procedures that will set clients up for success
  • Analyze key Implementation metrics to assess the team's performance relative to client service; recognize trends and lead actions to maximize productivity and efficiencies
  • Manage the team's performance relative to customer experience by evaluating key metrics
  • Develop best practices to maximize productivity and results
  • Serve as an escalation point for customers and employees when they need assistance during the implementation cycle
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications


  • College bachelor's degree or equal work experience
  • 5 years of management experience, construction system implementations, customer success or onboarding experience preferred
  • Knowledge or experience in construction ERP systems. ComputerEase experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills; must excel at providing direction, motivating, and coaching to direct reports and be visible with front line managers and associates
  • Well organized and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships
  • A passion for customer onboarding or customer success and enjoy working directly with customers and going the extra mile
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Systems thinker with the ability to independently carry out rigorous problem solving
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing focus on timelines, progress, communication
  • Experience and comfort with issue management and driving resolutions
