As a Product Owner at Telligen, you will serve as the primary voice of the customer and business within an Agile delivery team and is accountable for ensuring the team works on the highest-value capabilities. You are responsible for translating customer and market needs into clear product requirements that guide the software development team. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile product ownership skills with an understanding of healthcare technology, population health management, Medicaid, or related healthcare operations.

This position will work on a team of Product Owners to develop the product roadmap.


What you'll do:

  • Develop, prioritize and maintain product roadmap and assist with aligning vision to strategic goals
  • Recommend and develop product features through soliciting customer input and analyzing market trends. Be the voice of the customer
  • Deliver and maintain a high-quality product
  • Develop scope documents and define Epics/User Stories that guide our Agile software development teams
  • Collaborate with other product owners and client services team to align on product goals and vision
  • Solve problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments
  • Demo product functionality for customers and senior/executive leadership
  • Show users the "art of possible"

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare, or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a software development environment in the definition and/or solicitation of business requirements or equivalent business analysis experience
  • Experience with process mapping and developing prototypes/ mockups
  • Strong decision making and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Business work-flow definition or similar
  • Strong leadership and teaming skills
  • Understanding of Agile software development

  • Agile experience
  • Healthcare IT experience
  • Measure Experience
  • Prior Experience w/ Reporting, Data, and Analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable utilizing AI
