As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Fossil Group, you are the architect of our talent strategy, dedicated to identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier professionals who will propel our brand forward. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to both Retail and Corporate business units, steering the full-cycle recruitment process with precision, insight, and a commitment to operational excellence.



What you will do in this role:




  • Partner with hiring leaders and HR Business partners to understand talent needs and define recruiting strategies.



  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and/or field-based roles from intake through offer, including expert requisition management within the ATS.



  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using multiple channels and tools.



  • Utilize advanced proficiency in LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to identify high-potential candidates.



  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



  • Collaborate with the compensation team to evaluate candidate requirements and prepare competitive offer proposals.



  • Maintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system.



  • Collaborate with HR partners to support broader talent and workforce initiatives.



  • Leverage modern recruiting technology, such as AI-driven sourcing and automation tools, to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate quality.





Who You Are :




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field



  • 5 years of corporate or field recruiting experience; Retail, Hospitality, Multi-Unit industry experience a plus



  • Experience managing full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing for professional roles, managing the end-to-end candidate experience, and successfully closing hires.
    Data-centric mindset with demonstrated experience in recruitment reporting and analytics.



  • Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to develop talent mapping, engage, and convert passive candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.



  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships, influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and HR business partners.



  • High sense of urgency, and a resourceful, proactive, results-driven work ethic.



  • Collaborative problem solver with the ability to navigate complex hiring challenges.
