As a Senior HR Business Partner at Fossil Group, you aren't just managing processes-you are a strategic architect of our organizational success. Partnering with Corporate Services leadership, you will bridge the gap between human potential and business performance, driving innovation and fostering a culture where every employee can thrive. This is a high-visibility leadership role designed for a forward-thinking professional ready to make a lasting impact on a global scale.



You will lead transformative talent initiatives, navigate complex employee relations with credibility, and champion leadership development that prepares our teams for the future of work.



What you will do in this role:




  • Strategic Catalyst: Drive business results by aligning HR strategies with global objectives and organizational growth.



  • Talent Architect: Lead high-impact succession planning and career development to build a robust leadership pipeline.



  • Trusted Advisor: Resolve complex employee relations through collaborative problem-solving and fair policy application.



  • Change Agent: Guide teams through large-scale organizational transformations with clear communication and empathy.



  • Performance Coach: Empower managers to elevate team performance through proactive coaching and feedback cycles.





Who You Are:




  • Expert Practitioner: A seasoned leader with 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, dedicated to driving organizational excellence through high-impact strategic business partnering. You bring a proven track record of success within the Retail, Fashion, or Hospitality sectors.



  • Credible Influencer: Proven ability to build strong, credible relationships and influence at the C-suite level.



  • Agile Problem Solver: Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.



  • Communicator & Listener: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening and collaboration.



  • Certified Professional: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.



  • Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
