The Automation Developer designs, develops, implements, and supports end to end automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the organization. This role works closely with business analysts, technical teams, and business units to analyze requirements and deliver effective automation solutions using the organization's automation technology stack. The Automation Developer is responsible for contributing throughout the full automation lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support. The ideal candidate brings hands on experience building reliable, maintainable automations, strong problem solving and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of automation best practices, reusable components, and exception handling. This role requires the ability to work across multiple automation technologies, integrate with databases and systems such as SQL based platforms, and adapt to evolving tools and platforms. Experience with modern automation practices, cloud based automation platforms, intelligent automation concepts, and a continuous improvement mindset are highly valued.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Independently design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions within the organization
- Deliver assigned automation solutions within agreed timelines and quality expectations
- Apply UiPath best practices including reusability, exception handling, and maintainable design patterns
- Develop, configure, and maintain automation solutions using automation development tools and orchestration platforms, including creation and reuse of shared components
- Apply modern automation development practices, including use of reusable libraries, frameworks, and standardized components to improve consistency and maintainability
- Design and implement integrations between automation solutions and external systems, including APIs and service based interfaces, to enable end to end process automation
- Write, execute, and troubleshoot SQL queries to support automation logic, reporting, data validation, and issue resolution
- Deploy, manage, and support automation solutions in cloud based automation platforms, following modern deployment and operational practices
- Build and maintain intelligent automation solutions using agent based or decision driven components to enable adaptive and scalable process automation
- Support automation solutions in production, including monitoring and issue resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes for automation defects and failures
- Support and maintain deployed automation solutions throughout the application lifecycle
- Identify new opportunities to improve the usability, stability and maintainability of automation jobs
- Participate in peer reviews, testing activities, and quality assurance to ensure automation reliability
- Write Functional and Technical Documentation for automation processes
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to continuously improve automation standards
- Provide technical consultation for the business community
- Plan and implement Development Life Cycle, UAT and Go Live
- Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and automation platforms as required to support evolving business and automation requirements

Qualifications: Required:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or sufficient, relevant work experience to equate to the degree
- Two (2) or more years' of automation experience using UI path
- Three (3) or more years' experience with SQL
- One (1) year experience with a Programming Language
- Experience using System Development Methodology
- Strong systems analysis, problem solving and design skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Team Player
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in information systems or related field
- Certified UiPath Advanced Developer.
- One (1)+ years' of HMO experience
- One (1)+ years' experience with XML
- Experience writing functional\technical specifications
- Experience in the design of relational database structures
- Experience in active batch automation
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform integrations
- Experience with UiPath AI Center, Document Understanding, or related intelligent automation capabilities
- Experience with Altova product suite (XML Spy, MapForce)
- Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) and GIT.
- Knowledge on more than one Automation Tools
