Guilford Township, Franklin County is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time position of Director of Utilities. The Director plans, directs, and oversees the day-to-day management of the water, sewer, and stormwater departments of the Township, including operations, capital projects, utility billing, budgeting, and supervision of field and administrative staff. Ideal candidates should have management experience in water, sewer, or stormwater utilities and a strong background in public budgeting, financial management, and team leadership. Effective written, verbal, and personal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are required. Water and sewer operator license preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience with excellent benefits.
