Job Title: Onsite Practice Coordinator

Location(s): Oakland, CA

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Practice Coordinator to support an outpatient ENT clinic. Candidates who have previously worked at UCSF are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic scheduling work queues (WQs).
  • Handle incoming/outgoing patient phone calls.
  • Process patient documentation requests.
  • Manage authorizations and eligibility-related tasks.
  • Work claim edit queues.
  • Provide light front-registration support.
  • Assist with general administrative and clinic coordination activities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant healthcare administrative, clinic, front-desk, back-office, call center, or Practice Coordinator experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work queues and priorities.
  • Previous UCSF experience strongly preferred.
  • APeX experience is preferred but not required

Additional Details:

  • Candidate will remain at the same campus throughout the assignment.

  • Ear, Nose & Throat (OHNS).

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM.

APeX Experience:

  • Preferred, but not required.
