Responsibilities Peraton is a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities: Peraton is seeking a senior MOE Analyst Team Lead to direct and oversee a team of MOE Analysts providing data-driven assessments of strategic communications operations. The Team Lead will ensure analytical independence, manage deliverable production, and conduct strategic evaluations to inform Sponsor resource decisions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in marketing analytics, behavioral analytics, or data-driven reporting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain rigorous analytical standards in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of this role include:
Leading and managing MOE Analysts, providing mentorship, quality oversight, and ensuring analytical independence and unbiased assessment across all MOE products;

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
