CCBHC CSP Employment Specialist (Full Time) If you are an Employment Specialist or are interested in becoming one, and are looking to be part of a team, then we have a position for you in our CCBHC Community Support Program. We are recruiting for a qualified individual to provide vocational and rehabilitation supports and services through utilization of the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) competencies and the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model which include: assessment, resume building, rapid person-centered job search, targeted job and skills development, individualized long-term supports needed to assist individuals with maintaining employment, benefits counseling, and career development to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The Vocational Specialist works as part of a multidisciplinary team, which strives to help individuals achieve their goals in a recovery-focused environment. Services and supports are provided to individuals in a variety of settings, including their home, the agency, the community, as well as employment or educational settings. Candidate should demonstrate high-level skills in engaging individuals, identifying and building upon strengths, knowledge of a variety of vocational and rehabilitation techniques and skills, strong technology skills, multicultural awareness, ability to work independently, and as part of a collaborative team. Candidate should also demonstrate knowledge of relevant ethical and confidentiality guidelines in behavioral health practice, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices/evidence-based practices in behavioral health care. Preferred experience in community behavioral health services, use of electronic health records, and strong computer skills. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
